Come join myself ,and Dani Vorves, our Yoga & journaling guide in a 2.5 hr session to nourish and tend to our internal gardens of self. The herbs will help us release deep exhaustion and things we need to weed out of our bodies, minds and spirits. Let’s soften our edges, heal old wounds and brighten our vessels.
