Come join us for a hands-on experience where you learn how to make a simple, time-honored herbal remedy using infused honey and vinegar. We’ll talk about what oxymels are, why they’ve been used for centuries, and how you can easily make them at home. You’ll learn how to choose herbs based on your needs—whether that’s supporting digestion, soothing a sore throat, or boosting immunity—along with the right honey-to-vinegar ratios and simple safety tips. You’ll create your own infusion/blend to take home.
